Liked: The parking was great. The location was awesome. Next to a shopping center, also next to the interstate. My wife and myself needed 2 more pillows, and front desk went and got us pillows quick and fluffy also. Awesome customer service. We will definitely be back.

Just a building with staff...

Liked: I really can’t think of anything good to say. It’s just a very below average building. Not what I expected.
Disliked: This is the first poor review I’ve ever given and I’m genius 3 i thought I’d give this review a couple of weeks later to calm down, I.’ve stayed In many hotels and after a 14 hour flight from New Zealand, these guys were totally unprofessional. I had to move rooms because there was no Wi-Fi in my room. The staff were that evening was fantastic but the guy the next morning on the desk was absolutely the most unprofessional most disinterested person I’ve ever met within a hotel environment. I asked him if I could leave my bags somewhere whist I went to the supermarket for five minutes, he replied NO.! don’t know. I’m new here and he was just the worst person I’ve ever come across and all my time travelling. I’ve left leaving this feedback for 2 weeks . Never again. Management you need to take note. Liked: I missed the breakfast unfortunately. I did like the shower inside the room. I did like the ease of movement inside the building. As in navigating it. The simplicity of it.
Disliked: I like that the location was near a freeway but the location was in a rough area at the end of the day. Even if the accommodations are right, I wouldn’t expect to pay over $100 per room in an area like this.
