Liked: At first I was ok I was enjoying myself even though the jacuzzi was dirty I minded my business I went to grab food from longhorn
Disliked: I was charged $400 because they said I smoked in my room when in reality I’m a mmj patient and I smoked in my property my car and away from their property I never smoked there in the room I rolled up my blunts after a shower when arriving and went down stairs every time I came out my room for the night they will clearly see what I had in my hands my phone and blunt and lighter I never smoked in there room.

All in all, it isn’t...

Liked: The property was in a good location and the size and layout of the room was great. The staff that I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The indoor pool was so cold that my grandchildren and I couldn’t stay in it. They were redoing some of the rooms so things were a little messy. One of the tv’s in my room didn’t work and there was no hairdryer.

On vacation and want above...

Disliked: Booked at $156 for the one night. Charged $200 on Visa and no receipt. Three people all working desk to resolve issue with another customer. Would like refund.
