Liked: The lobby was nicely decorated, had a lovely floral scent that wasn’t overwhelming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I liked how there was a mini fridge and microwave. Also, the bathroom was spacious and looked updated.
Disliked: I only stayed one night, wasn’t there long enough to dislike anything.

Disliked: I had reserve for two queen bed a week before and I received a call on next Thursday to know if It was possible to take 1 king bed and a sofa bed and I said no, the call ended and nothing was suppose to change. On the day after on Friday I received a call to ask the same thing and on the phone they told me I have no choice there was no room available. I reserved a week before and they told me the day I was arriving. I said that I was gonna arrived late fridray night and that I need two queen bed. I ask for a discount and I was suppose to received a call back in the afternoon. I did not received a call back and when I arrive at midnight the only room available was a king bed with sofa bed. We took it but no discount and the worst thing was that I had to ask after being in the room for the blanket and pillow and had to the bed by myself. It took me half an hour to received and do the bed by myself. At 1 o’clock in the morning, when you have to leave at 8 o’clock the next morning it is the worst thing. It is not a way to do with good customer not the day I am suppose to arrive….realky not happy. No discount, and the bed not done when I arrived…
