Increased security for the concert weekend was unnecessary - they were rude and tried to act hard towards hotel customers for no reason.

Disliked: There was no coffee available past 10am. I expected that there should be coffee available in the lobby throughout the day.

Liked: The room was cleaned. The bathroom had chipping paint in the tub and a few water stains. I didn't like that at all, nor was the microwave clean on the outside.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the tub nor the cleanliness of the microwave.

Disliked: The bathroom in room 217 needs some work. This room is setup for handicap patrons which is not worthy of that label, the bath tub is small. If I stay here again and is assigned room 217 I would refuse it.
