Increased security for the concert weekend was unnecessary - they were rude and tried to act hard towards hotel customers for no reason.

Disliked: I booked 1 King room. When checking in they said there wasn't one available. Then said that the payment didn't go through from booking. Now I'm charged twice and I'm sure it's going to be a headache to get a refund for the double charge

Disliked: The hotel was basic for the money paid . The room was basic nothing that gave this a nice room. We could have paid less and got a better looking room. Then they had a nerve to charge for basic breakfast that you get for free wasn’t nothing exciting about their buffet to make you even wanna pay same stuff you for free breakfast. The hotel is just not giving the money spent . I definitely won’t be going back
