Increased security for the concert weekend was unnecessary - they were rude and tried to act hard towards hotel customers for no reason.

Disliked: Bathroom was not cleaned prior to check in. Mattress needs to be replaced. It's seriously stained. Rooms need to be updated.

It was decent but not...

Liked: The bedding. Nothing more.
Disliked: No toilet paper. Not decorated well. Water stains on the ceilings. Minimal tissue (Kleenex). Not very well appointed. The grounds had weeds everywhere; outdoor chairs had no cushions.

Disliked: Had to switch rooms shortly after arriving due to some issues with the original room. House keeping just walked into our room and said that they were told that we checked out already.

Liked: The room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The thermostat in room 331 was not working, so the room became uncomfortably hot and clammy during the night.
