It was nice and clean...
Liked: The place was very clean, very friendly when I was there.
Disliked: I paid through booking.com and then the hotel charged me the entire thing again. Essentially I paid double. Now they are not calling me back and I have to go through the bank to fight the second and third charge.

Not worth it
Liked: I liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I booked and paid for the trip through booking.com, but that the hotel said my card was declined (after the transaction had already gone through) and then had me pay another method. That transaction also went through so I ended up paying DOUBLE for one night. I called the hotel and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to dispute the charge with my card company. I did this but they still found the charge valid. So don't stay here unless you'd like to pay double the price.

Not a hotel.I would recommend...
Liked: Na
Disliked: When I first got there the a manager told me that they couldn't find my reservation. She actually told me that they've had to turn a few people away. She told me if I was sure was at the right location. I didn't appreciate her questioning whether or not I knew what location I was at. Fridge in room was not working. Lights were not working in room between beds. Panel was hanging out. Coffee pot would not warm water. Back door to hotel was not locking. I told the front desk clerk. He just gave me a thumbs up but said nothing.

Good
Disliked: 3 things: There was no regular coffee in our room (only decaf), nor in other guests rooms who went to the lobby to get a coffee, as they also griped about the lack of regular coffee in their rooms. The fancy coffee machine was also broken. There were no luggage carts available in the lobby.I requested an option to remove breakfast from our reservation. I didn't realize when I booked online on my phone that I selected the breakfast option. I explained that to the desk clerk and asked if we could change our reservation to remove that (I explained at evening check in that we were meeting family for breakfast so didn't need that option). She refused to do so and we had to pay for breakfast!

Was disappointed not usual Hilton...
Liked: It was ok I felt only getting 1 type of drink was Chinese personnel though were friendly and helpful! They checked on our need’s frequently. Selections were ok but few choices.
Disliked: Our room was never cleaned or straighten even after asking to have it done. Shower had to be replaced knob feel off in my hand so I had lukewarm shower. Had to call twice to see if someone was going to fix. Girl at desk was not assistful. Didn’t go out of her way to answer questions or explain things

Liked: We liked the location. It was off the main drag and Secure.
Disliked: 1. In room 422, the inside shower door handle was broken, and the door was hard to open and close. 2. We did not get a receipt at checkout. We were not asked if we wanted one. The receptionist at the desk said it was emailed to me, and as of 9:00 pm. on the same day as checkout, I still have not received a receipt.

Very good
Liked: Location, privacy, staff were friendly. Not far from where my event was located.
Disliked: Some of the usb ports did not work. A lot of the cabinets/doors were stiff to open.

Exceptional
Liked: Great and friendly staff. Clean facility, modern and updated furnishings, and spacious rooms. Great gym, bar, and dining, if needed. Great all-inclusive package.
Disliked: Long wait at the restaurant due to understaffed.
