Liked: Very family oriented, indoor/outdoor hot tub was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The kids felt very welcomed and we had a great time here. Restaurant had great food, and a full bar! Highly recommend this hotel!

Disliked: Wished the breakfast I had paid for in advanced for myself and two children could have been utilized. New Years Day morning, I would have thought breakfast would have been available past 10 am due to the knowledge not many people were going to bed early the night prior.

Family time well spent

Liked: Visited this location to spend some family time with my sister and nieces from out of state. The staff is amazing! Everyone I interacted with throughout our stay were professional, kind and so helpful. I lost a very important ring while at the pool however, the staff throughout that night went above and beyond to help me search for it. They really didn’t have to but the fact that they did warmed my heart and meant so much. This location was already a favorite and they never disappoint! Thank you to everyone that made our stay so enjoyable!
