Not having a shuttle for the concert, the main reason why people are there, was pretty disappointing. We waited over an hour to get there and back - not too impressed!

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel, & the staff are so helpful. Beds were so comfortable & everything you need is supplied. Loved it!
Disliked: The hotel is great however the distance from shopping was the only issue - but nothing to complain about.

Liked: The facility is very well maintained and clean. Always a nice stay at this hotel. And, the coffee actually tastes good! (That's a plus for me.) :)
Disliked: It would be nice if they offered something for breakfast that's complimentary...even if it's just toast. I rarely eat breakfast, but I do grab a small bite. Just can't bring myself to pay $$ for what I'll actually eat.
