A very nice hotel!

Liked: Beautiful location, lovely view of the lake. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean, and beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast service was fast and nice selection, good value. While we didn’t take advantage - it was nice to know the dinner and bar service was available til 10:00. The self service was convenient and good selection to take up to our room.

Very awful when your trying...

Liked: The rooms were nice with a lot of space and the air was comfortable. We like the pool and scenery too out by lake
Disliked: We stayed in room 314. We had a bad experience with our TV not working and the phone did not work to call anyone so had to come downstairs to let a staff know and she did not bother to help us. That morning we sat 30mins drinking coffee and could not get anyone to serve us breakfast she kept saying she will be back. We then just checked out early to leave because we were hungry. Just not a great experience and we paid over 200 dollars for this nonsense. Very disappointed in such a high rate name.
