gorgeous location

Liked: This hotel is located on the waterfront and the views from the lake side room are beautiful, plenty of activity on the lake to watch. The amenities were very good too, great hot tub and very clean swimming pool which kept my daughter entertained for a while
Disliked: The hotel was lovely.

Liked: Hotel was very nice. Minor issue on check-in however was corrected immediately in a singe call to Booking.com
Disliked: Overall stay was great, but again the actual hotel experience was "If you had booked directly we could do more for you." I was able to contact Booking.com during check-in and was taken care of, however i actually had to a Google search to find the phone number. It should easier to get human help for check-in issues that are real-time.

Liked: Location was great. Room facing water vs road would be better.I didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food. Bar was enjoyable & service was excellent.
Disliked: Road noise & lights at night. Room was comfortable & clean.
