Liked: The hot tub and pool were nice. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The heat didn't work in our room and the room was very noisy. It was very hard to sleep because you could hear the people above us walking around and the rooms beside us were very loud until late at night. There seemed to be no buffer in the walls to stop the noise.

A potentially positive experience completely...
Liked: Convenient location, parking.
Disliked: My experience at this Hilton location was deeply disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. The bedding on both beds was in terrible condition. The sheets were so worn they were nearly transparent, visibly unclean, and stained. The pillowcases were even worse—dirty, wrinkled, with visible blood stains, and an unpleasant smell.Upon discovering these issues, I immediately informed the front desk. The receptionist was dismissive, insisting the room had been cleaned. I explained the state of the bedding and requested fresh linens, but I was told only towels were available.While I understand staffing limitations, when I asked to be moved to another room with clean bedding, they showed no willingness to assist, citing the absence of housekeeping staff. I wasn’t asking for much—just fresh bedding so I could change the sheets myself.This experience fell far below my expectations. I strongly urge Hilton to reevaluate the standards at this location to ensure no other guests endure this level of discomfort and frustration.
