Won't be back

Liked: The staff needs to be trained on what to do when the fire alarm goes off... most were standing around in the lobby with no announcements made whatsoever .. the bartender continued to work as did the staff behind the desk .acting like nothing was going on.. an announcement or instructions could habe been made

Liked: We were very tired from driving and pulled into this hotel only to see how beautiful this hotel is and to be greeted by such warm and friendly employees!

Passable

Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock, TV didn't work, phone didn't work, iron board didn't work, electrical outlets didn't work. Not worth $205 a night.
