The perfect hotel in Gallup!

Liked: Excellent hotel! Staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, quiet and modern. It appears that it may have been newly renovated with like-new furniture. The room was well equipped with a frig, microwave and keurig coffee maker. The restaurant opened at 5 pm and had a dinner and drinks menu. My steak was well cooked and my wife liked her salad. Restaurant staff were also attentive and friendly. Easy to access off the highway. Stayed here on an overnight from Phoenix on our way to Telluride for skiiing. It was a perfect spot to stop. There is a Walmart within walking distance as well as an Applebees (and other restaurants). There is even an Electrify America charging station within walking distance. They are in the process of repainting the some of the public spaces.

Liked: Staff was friendly and facilities as expected.
Disliked: I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included. The cost for a crummy hotel breakfast was $17. I went a few doors away and had a much better breakfast at Cracker Barrel for less.

Disliked: Unfortunately, many of the guests that travel with pets do not clean up after their pets.

Clean facilities and room but...

Liked: Room was nice and clean
Disliked: Shower was only warm not hot. Told staff and no compensation. Tried again in morning still barely warm Wanted to go to differ motel but had already spent to much on room
