Came for a UF game, one night stay. Lobby was clean and had cookies at check in. Room was nice and bed was comfy!

Good and bad

Liked: Good breakfast. Michael on front desk really welcoming and friendly every time you went through reception.
Disliked: Rooms only cleaned, towels changed etc. Every two days. I had to add a day became flight was cancelled and I didn't get fresh towellls on the second last day so they went for three days. The restaurant at night for dinner was hit and miss. I had two good meals and then a different chef was on and I had to send my meal back. One night it was just a pizza and it was not cooked even though it took 50 minutes to receive.

Liked: I have stayed here before for 12 days I requested and was given the same room I had in my previous stay. Clean rooms comfortable bed spacious room Friendly accommodating competent staff. Restaurant in the hotel good service
