Liked: Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was nice, well cooked, fruit was fresh, coffee was strong and hot. Hotel happened to be located centrally near friends in the berbs. Room was conveniently laid out. Nice lobby area and bar.
Disliked: For being a relatively new building, it was not in great shape. We needed to change rooms after the first hour of stay because the heat didn’t work. The second room heat worked, but the hot water (turned completely to hot) only got to warm after almost ten minutes on full. Each shower required this draw time, even at 1pm (not a high demand time slot) even after the engineer came to “fix” it. Felt guilty wasting that much water in CA. Shame. A floorboard tile was not fastened against the wall and kept falling over….
