Missed a day at conference...
Liked: The location for the conference.
Disliked: We were given em 524, I unpacked…then told they would have to move me because shower was not working. Moved to 424…all going well till I returned to 424 after breakfast and my door will not open…after 1-2 hours, maintenance said I needed to be moved because they could not fix the door. They get me in the door to repack our stuff to 304…so I unpack in 304, go to shower and when I tried to turn shower on the handle and the guts fell off on shower floor. So maintenance was called to repair and they were able to do. These inconveniences prevented me from going to the conference on the 25th but was able to make the second day…I expect to be refunded for our stay there.

Liked: The location. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment
Disliked: The breakfast charge was for a standard breakfast buffet. Good for the convenience but should have been complimentary

Good location, great staff, TERRIBLE...
Liked: The lobby, hallways, room and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly from the receptionist down to the guy who was transporting water on the elevator and had helped us out. The breakfast was buffet was great and offered choices for everyone whether you're a vegan, on a specific diet or have a picky child. The women staffing that area was extremely kind.
Disliked: THE BATHROOM! What I I wasn't aware of -and what isn't shown on the room pictures- All the bathroom doors. For some reason, the decision was made to install sliding glass doors rather than a simple door that can open and close. What this means is, you WON'T feel like you have complete privacy in the bathroom. Since the door slides, it sticks out from the wall just a little bit to allow it to slide back and forth but this means when you close it all the way it leaves a small gap on the other end where if you sit on the toilet you could see into the room and even watch the TV if you wanted to through this slit. If you wanted privacy to take care of a #2 well get ready for whoever you're sharing a room with to immediately hear and smell your business... Completely unromantic and generally uncomfortable for any situation. I'm not sure who decided it was a good idea to use this door or why they did it but it REALLY ruined much of the hotel experience. I ended up using the bathroom in the hotel lobby for that business rather than subjecting my wife to it. I attached a picture as a reference. Didn't take a picture of our actual bathroom door but the one I'm attaching to this review is a match minus the rail system.... Also, the bed sucked. It's thin and firm. You can pretty much feel the springs and the pillows are flat and well used.... The best thing about this hotel was the staff and the location since it's located directly on the same strip as the stores and restaurants of Patriots place. Next time, I'll go with the hotel right around the corner.
