Liked: Location. Lobby water (when cups are available)
Disliked: Quality of room. Shortage of staff. Too few diamond parking spots. Coffee should be 24/7. I may have just had a really bad experience with my stay. Hope yours is better.

Definitely disappointed overall

Liked: Location to family
Disliked: The toilet wouldn’t flush, because housekeeping flushes soap bars down the toilet. The maintenance guy informed of us of that and showed us. The toilet was also not bolted down to the floor, so it moved every time you sat down on it then made a loud bang on the floor. There was also lots of hair in bathroom, on the walls & shower area. The AC was definitely monitored so it wouldn’t run like it should so it was very hot at night. The daily parking charge is an overreach and the hotel rates are way too high for the hotel.

It was clean and nice...

Liked: Good nice and clean
Disliked: I did not like how you have to pay for anything. I did not notice you had to even pay for breakfast. This is the only Hilton inn I’ve ever stayed at that you had to pay for breakfast and plus they didn’t even tell us when we got there. There’s about a fee for everything.
