Liked: It was close to the airport, had a shuttle, and restaurants around the corner. Had a great pool, nice seating areas, a bar, and welcoming staff.
Disliked: It’s a half hour from the beach

Liked: Nothing about the stay would qualify as good.
Disliked: There appeared to be vomit stains on the carpet. The carpet looks like it’s never been properly cleaned. The mini fridge hummed and interrupted sleep, but the worse noise was a system sound that kept coming on and off. I brought this to staff twice who said a manager would reach out and never did. At no time were we offered a cleaner room. At check out I mentioned the negative experience and was treated with a dismissive tone until I mentioned I was an HGV customer that just spent 25k with Hilton and was greatly disappointed in our treatment. The tone was still argumentative, but less snappy. At that point I said with no sleep I just wanted to go and take the 5am shuttle. It was about 4:55 and right then the shuttle drove off. I asked why he left early? She said they don’t take you except at your appointed time and ours was 5:20. For clarification I said you told me yesterday that you leave on the 20’s not 15’s. So he left early. She said he had who he needed so he left. She again affirmed they don’t randomly take people early. While outside waiting for my Lyft, and sharing my frustration with Glenn, he called the other driver who had no idea I could hear and he said, “I took one of your 5am people early”, something Tanaya said could not be done justifying the early departure. So not only was I treated rudely, but I was lied to. She told me her manager Lamar would reach out to me, yet at the time of this review I have still not heard from him. Stay at anywhere but here. This location is a disgrace to the Hilton brand.

Liked: Welcoming, Central location parking was easy. Food beverage in lobby was convenient
Disliked: room carpet was soaking wet by the air conditioner, Air conditioner didn’t move past 69 so we were all a bit cold . A few lamps in our room did not work and one of the remotes to the TV did not work. The pool was dirty full of bugs.

Liked: Staff is amazing! My flight was delayed and I didn’t get to hotel until after 3 am. They were cheerful, helpful, and let me checkout extra late. I really appreciated it.
