Amazing, peaceful, right what we...
Liked: Breakfast options where amazing, room was huge, transportation excellent, we walked right out of the plane to the outside transportation spot and the shuttle was right there. They were still doing renovations to the hotel, which for some people might be a problem, but we did not encounter any problems with any noise or disruptions. 100% Recommended. Walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We will be coming again for our next pre- cruise stay!!!
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like. It did not affect me directly and is not the hotel’s fault, instead is a sign that people love this hotel. On weekends the lobby gets really crowded in the morning, because people are waiting for the shuttle service to take them to the cruise port. Lots of people and luggage everywhere. It’s just in the morning, after the shuttle leaves everything is cleared.

My Adventure.
Liked: I had an issue when I went to payat the front desk. I called beforeI came over 4and I spoke with an Asian-sounding very hard to understand woman. I asked her if I could pay with cash, and she said of course you can pay with cash. Then as I was ready to hang up she switched me over to an African-American male who precededto try to sell me a package deal to another city for 4 days and 3 nightsif I paid now. WHAT? After running around trying to find a BOA to deposit my cash. I felt ambushed. I finally
Disliked: got the salesman off the phone and with cash in my hand I tried to checkin and an Afro-American womanbehind the desk, who had the worstpersonality, nothing; when I told her I was paying in cash, she went to the back office to a manager, and when she returned, she said no, we don't take cash. Needless to say after standingthere for 15 minutes, I made other arrangements ( with my husband's credit card), and I checked in. I don'tknow why the Hilton would hire a person like that girl at the front deskshe had no smile, no name tag, and a nasty personality, she acted as if shewas doing me a favor and would rather be somewhere else.One more thing as I walked into the Hotel I saw the lobby was redecoratedhonestly, I did not like it, the previousthe decor was much nicer and more welcoming, and the scent they used before was great it had that light Florida feeling with a nice comfortablechairs that you sunk into.The furniture was blah, and the wood used is very cheap looking ( floor in my room). I have been using this Hotel for 3 years, I hate writing abad review, but the people you hireare very important they are the first contact that a traveler interacts withand it should be a good to great experience. This is the first time I wrote a bad review and I dislikehaving to do so.But I think this review needed to be written and sent.

Disappointing
Liked: The staff at the reception desk were excellent.Courteous helpful & a good knowledge of English
Disliked: The breakfast choices were poor. Lack of staff who spoke English. The lack of basic stuff in the bathroom like, shampoo .,conditioner. soap dispenser. Blinds didn't work in our room or the TV& maintenance failed to respond.
