It was good. Our granddaughter...

Liked: Good location, nice staff, clean rooms. Beds are too soft but that is standard for all hotels these days. Is it possible to have a few rooms that don’t have the pillow top mattress? We didn’t stay long enough to need housekeeping service but they were all very friendly.
Disliked: We took our 4 year old granddaughter to the pool on Friday afternoon. The water was not warm enough. She had a wetsuit on so she was ok but it was very chilly for those of us who had to be in the pool with her. I mentioned it to the front desk and she said she would tell those who manage the pool. The heat definitely needed to be turned up!

Liked: Some of the staff was very friendly and the place was nice and good located
Disliked: Housekeeping needs to improve, the fitted sheets were placed backward with the seams showing, we requested towels and as instructed we left our towels at the door to be replaced and there were not replaced, the front desk was nice and they gave me towels when I requested them, the bathroom was not very clean (hair on the floor and TP holder broken)
