Liked: Signs indicate restaurant made to order. Breakfast was precooked buffet as standard.
Disliked: Pillows are a disaster with no loft. Down seemed quite worn out.There was confusion with the actual booking at the check in which was resolved with solid hospitality by staff.We were not allowed early check in for our funeral stay due to the stated "at capacity" status. When we checked arriving in town to see if the status had changed, there were very few cars in the lot so it wasn't clear why an hour ahead of check in was out of the question.

Liked: Front desk staff was pleasant, location was good.
Disliked: Hearing maintenance or housekeeper manager and staff member bickering in lobby . Garbage not collected from pool deck and guests smoking in the pool area.

Very good

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and clear. It was central to the people I was visiting. Very convenient.
Disliked: In the bathroom I could hear a patron that was very sick. Maybe because of the vent in the bathroom.

Good location but a little...

Liked: Our room was a good size and the air-conditioning worked well. The hotel is very conveniently located for the SACRT and local shops.
Disliked: The accommodation looks tired in places.

I complained twice about noise.

Liked: I did not eat breakfast
Disliked: The bed was way too hard and very uncomfortable. I left with a sore back and hip that required pain meds and bedrest when I got home.
