A wonderful start to our...

Liked: The food was very good and the staff was excellent! They were eager to make our experience fantastic.
Disliked: The beds could have been a bit softer.

My expectations were more than...

Liked: I was more than satisfied with the hotel and its excellent staff. I was just staying overnight to catch a morning flight, and very pleased with the comfort of my room and the excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was terrific!

Liked: Spacious rooms , good service and comfortable beds .
Disliked: It’s not very central , you need tram to reach the centre and on the tram if u do have check in big luggage you cannot travel so you have to taxi for main central station .

Liked: The heating in this room is unbearable
Disliked: Better climate control for the rooms, aircon is available during winter and heating is centrally controlled and feels like 40 deg …I will likely stay at another hotel
