Clean, and quiet. Cost of breakfast too high.
Liked: Pleasant staff.
Disliked: Misplaced an item - called but staff did not get back to me, item never found.

Very disappointing and frustrating
Disliked: Using Booking.com to make the nonrefundable reservation, the date automatically entered was for next Friday versus this past Friday. After trying at length to change it with Booking.com, it was successfully changed and I received an email confirming the hotel had the updated reservation. The employee at the hotel said it wasn't in her system. I called Hilton Customer Service. After being on hold for almost 15 minutes, I was told they couldn't help and to contact Booking.com. After 3 hours, I checked again with the receptionist at the hotel and she said a manager told her to accept the reservation. We were there in person yet the receptionist didn't bother to let us know that we would be able to have a room. Given the amount of time that had expired, the hotel no longer had a room available as requested. There was also no room service. While the situation was caused by my error, It was a stressful experience with very poor customer service and a "too bad for you" attitude. It was my first and last visit to this property and to other Hilton properties. There are many other options where hopefully, customers are valued.

The staff went out of...
Liked: The woman overseeing breakfast was exceptional. Her service was great. Staff in general was friendly and professional.
Disliked: Our coffee maker was very broken and the elevator had two different types of duct tape holding the floor together. Doesn’t instill a lot of confidence.
