Wouldn’t stay again. This was the first bad experience for a stay at a Hilton Hotel. I expected more out of them.

Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: They were not told as to how breakfast was being offered. I didn’t know there were two hotels in one. They didn’t let their guests know how the dining arrangements were. You had to find out on your own. Parking was awful. Even after paying for self parking they did not have adequate parking for all their guests. When I returned from my event I was told to park on the curb behind the security car. Cars were parked everywhere. The hotel did not have proper parking for their guests. I will not stay there again.

Liked: Nothing but the location
Disliked: As soon as I checked in I was charged for the entire stay although I had already paid through booking. Instead of rectifying the situation the manager made me reach out to booking to fix a mistake THEY made. When I thought the issue was “resolved” they informed me I wouldn’t be charged again. Instead I was charge 3 more time after that over a period of 2 days. I was never offered compensation or any type of apology or free stay. It ruined my fiancé’s entire birthday weekend because they wiped out my account for $1100 dollars. I was told the charges would drop off and I would be reach out to from the GM in 24-48 hrs. It has been days and I have not heard from anyone at all. I will never stay at this establishments again and I’m also thinking twice about ever using booking again. The whole experience was terrible. Not to mention when we got up to the room, it was half cleaned and the toilet was broken. I had to clean the tub out myself.

Liked: It was very close to the concert we were going too so we were able to have drinks and then walk back to our hotel.
Disliked: I was double charge for my stay and I’m still trying to get my refund. If I didn’t look at my bank acct I would have never known.
