Liked: We've stayed at the hotel a few times now and have always found it good value for money. The room was a good size, the facilities were good and the staff were friendly. We attended an event at the racecourse and you really couldn't get closer!
Disliked: When I checked in I noticed that the shower gel was empty in the shower. I reported this to reception at c.14:30 and was told it would be addressed. We didn't return to the room until 22:30 and found that it hadn't been replaced. We had to "make do".The hotel was extremely busy and a group of us had a table booked for 19:30. The waiting staff told us there was additional delays and the food order wasn't taken until after 20:00. The food was lovely however my burger was under-cooked.

Liked: Everything clean and very tidy. Nice location next to the racecourse. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.
Disliked: Safe in room 313 was not working. It was loud in the entrance hall (seems that there was a party). Water from the shower could be slightly warmer.

Disliked: the room 310 it was cold th heating did not work had to switch the system of as it was blowing cold air all night
