Excellent customer service.

Liked: We booked a late check in due to flight arrival. When we arrived everything was ready, the chap who greeted us was brilliant. Customer service at its very best, even at 1245 am.
Disliked: Everything as usual, was just right.

Bed hard as rock to...

Liked: It was clean and modern and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: We chose a disabled room due to the fact that I suffer with extremely painful osteoarthritis in my hip and knee and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and didn't help this issue infact I was unable to sleep at all due to the pain, the bed was as hard as a rock the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and the duvet was as thin as a pancake. I couldn't wait to get home to my own bed to catch up on sleep I had lost, to be honest. We were considering booking again for my Birthday in September as the hotel and food was lovely but unfortunately the bed issue has let it down and has changed our decision to book a second stay at this establishment. Very disappointed to say the least! On checkout I was never asked how my stay was so felt uncomfortable mentioning my issue!

Liked: The location next to the racecourse is fantastic.The staff were fantastic and friendly. The food and drink are very good.
Disliked: The only problem we noticed was that taxis can block the entrance to the car park at busy times.
