Superb

Liked: Good room, very comfortable bed and clean.
Disliked: For the price, breakfast should be included. I refuse to pay $14 for that kind of breakfast.

Liked: Nice complimentary shuttle to airport and within 5 miles of the hotel, very useful. Took a lift to the town center of Grapevine and to local restaurants as well as to airport. Raul is a very kind driver. Thank you so much Raul for being so kind and providing heartfelt services. Also beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Liked: Location was easy access around Grapevine, Texas and highway travel.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like about our stay.

Great stay in a comfortable...

Liked: Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location, great shuttle service with fabulous drivers.
Disliked: Coffee wasn’t always refilled although reception always gave me more. Food menus not on display
