Perfect recovery spot after long...
Liked: Comfortable, spacious room; excellent price range of choices in in-house restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet well stocked. A quiet and welcoming respite from long haul travel. All staff interactions were kind, courteous and sincere. Shuttle service excellent. Wonderful to be out of airport space and breathe fresh air, rather than stay in DFW airport.
Disliked: Nothing…my second stay and still no dislikes.

Liked: Upgraded room without requesting which we appreciated (Honor’s member). There were some minor maintenance issues but am sure addressed quickly. We have stayed at this location multiple times as very convenient to our agenda. Thank you!

Great stay - close to...
Liked: Our stay was great - pretty much as expected. The room was bigger than I thought which was nice. Other than that - the customer service and stay was great. Our kids loved the pool and the changing colors of the lights inside the pool - a nice and fun touch. Thank you!
Disliked: The only small complaint I have is the cleaner smell was so strong and unsettling. Of course I'm thankful that it was obvious the room was just cleaned, but the chemical smell was a little too strong. I suggest switching products if possible.

Worst weekend stay
Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The rudeness of the front desk lady when I checked in. I had the reservation thru booking.com. had my confirmation number. Gave her my ID, she states no reservation. I show her the confirmation number she stated that was not one Hilton's number because it had to start with a 3. Mine started with 4. I asked if she could please type it in. She told me no and told me to contact booking.com.I did call booking.com from the lobby, sat on hold 20 minutes to talk to a live agent who told me everything was in order. The front desk clerk would not talk to the agent, I put her on speaker and she still refused to speak with her. After 30 more minutes the front desk clerk tells me I have to leave if I am not a guest. As she is telling me this, all of a sudden she finds my reservation.I didn't want to stay after this kind of rudeness. But I was tired I had been driving all day. I gave her my credit card, I questioned why there was an additional 50 charge on the total, and then she tells me my card is declined. My American Express with no balance and a 15,000 dollar credit limit is declined. Now I am on the phone with American Express, and now the front desk clerk is telling me the original charge of 407.00 dollars was approved, but I will need to use another card for the incidentals.The American Express agent told me to tell her to run it through as a separate charge. She did and it was approved. This front desk lady was so very rude. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express, but I thought I would give Hilton a try. Never again. The room had a horrible smell of mold, and I have pictures of the dust laying on the furniture from the moment I opened the door.

Terrible Experience
Liked: We always stay in the the Hilton Garden in everywhere we travel as we always have great experiences with them. The front door was locked after a certain time which can only be accessible by room key.
Disliked: We booked our stay on Feb 5th for a king room for our stay the night of the 13th. Once checking in, I was given a room key and my husband and I headed to the room. Opened the room door to find two beds instead of the king. We got back to the front desk and advise there must be a mistake and they advise they are sold out and all they could offer was the double room. I advised we booked a king and would stay somewhere else because this was not at fault of us and we booked it in plenty of time and no one advised us it was a double room via phone, email, or in person once we checked in. They advised we would not be charge by them but may have to reach out to booking.com incase they billed us. I had given them a different card than the one on this app to pay for the stay and before we left the parking lot they had charged my debit card that I had given them at check in for more than what I booked the room at. I will be disputing the charge and also put a request in to Hilton Honors as we are rewards members. I am very disappointed in this Hilton
