Liked: The room itself was fine, spacious and clean.
Disliked: They had ice machines and no filtered water. We had to fill our cups from the water fountain which tasted like chlorine. We did have 2 water bottles in our room which was nice, however it would have been better if they replenished them at least daily. They did not offer room service daily and I had to ask to replenish towels. We were in a small suite, I expected to at least be offered the garbage to be picked up/new towels daily. They were doing construction on the room above us until 8pm on a Saturday. They only stopped at that time because I complained. Twice. Elevator would bring people up but you couldn’t access it once you were on our floor so you had to use the stairs. The door was right by our room so we had to hear that all night long. We were in an adjoining room with the door locked and we could hear everything the people next to us did. Including sneeze. We went up for my daughter’s sport tournament and could not nap during the day if we wanted to, and I bring white noise. The staff were nice enough but couldn’t resolve any of the issues. One girl said she was texting with the manager but that appeared more tacky than helpful. This was our second and last stay at this facility. We go back in two weeks and we are staying across the street… at a cheaper cost.

Decent stay for business.

Liked: Overall it was decent stay but overpriced for what it offers. If you work in the area it is a perfect location.There is a mexican restaurant that you can walk by. The personal was nice too!
Disliked: The lobby looks decent, but the rooms need some remodeling as they are a little bit outdated. The breakfast would need some improvement with some healthy options

Liked: Room was comfortable. Quoted $149 (taxes +17.43) or $166.43 for the room. CREDIT CARD charged $191.43.$25.00 extra for what?
