Very disappointed in the overall...

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room cleanliness could have been better. The sink had streak marks, there was an earring back on the floor from a previous guest. There was makeup foundation spilled inside the restroom garbage can. Holes in doors, hair everywhere. The hot tub didn’t work and when we checked in we weren’t told what room we were in, where the elevators were, any info about breakfast or the pool etc. Overall for a Hilton, very disappointed.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was clean and I like the restaurant/bar area.
Disliked: The lobby hot water for tea needs to be continually hot. Please try buying an electric kettle to keep it hot. I had luke warm tea for 5 days.

A high quality hilton hotel.

Liked: Nice bar/lounge. Helena was tererific! My disability room was nicely arranged, particulary the bathroom to assist my disability.
Disliked: The chair in my room was older and not the most comfortable.

Liked: No complimentary breakfast, especially given the room cost.
Disliked: Common floor and wall areas could use an update.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air conditioning sounded like truck sitting in the room with engine running. We tried switching it off but it still kicked in every 10-20 minutes so had very little sleep. They make you pay two dollars for small bottle of water in your room despite paying £218 for one night.
