My boyfriend was in the middle of showering when a different couple that we didn't know walked into the room. The staff apologized but almost seemed annoyed that we were rightfully upset. The staff at the front was not friendly. Neither were the ones at night. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Disliked: Some random couple came into our room. They had access to our room!

Disliked: there was a package lost and the stress on it, but hotel refund it without any problem so i put that on the regular operations, no fuzz
