My boyfriend was in the middle of showering when a different couple that we didn't know walked into the room. The staff apologized but almost seemed annoyed that we were rightfully upset. The staff at the front was not friendly. Neither were the ones at night. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Not happy but loved the...

Liked: Pool and gym
Disliked: Room service never happened- lost property they said they didn’t have but they did so I never got it back- staff unhelpful at front desk- room noisy - unkept decor
