My boyfriend was in the middle of showering when a different couple that we didn't know walked into the room. The staff apologized but almost seemed annoyed that we were rightfully upset. The staff at the front was not friendly. Neither were the ones at night. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Liked: It was clean and quiet. That's what is most important to me. It was also a great location.
Disliked: The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The mattress was also really uncomfortable.
