Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with early check-in, late check-out, business centre assistance, travel directions, etc. The re-assigned room the second night was very good, except for the loud and insensitive people chattering and laughing in the hallway at 10 pm!

Disliked: Assigned room on ground floor immediately adjacent to elevator, beside conference area, and at the end of a stone floored business centre, front-desk reception area was a disaster; every staff member should be required to sleep in this room at least once, and it would be taken out of circulation!

Decent, comfortable hotel, in spite...

Liked: Room is clean and beds comfortable. Shower is not great but good for this part of town where all the hotels limit water pressure severely.
Disliked: Facility is a little "battered" and run down. Very worn and loose carpet in halls, A/C beat up and a little noisy. Charges a $4 "parking recovery fee" (regardless of whether you have car or not.) So add $4 to whatever rate you see posted.

Quick trip, nice stay

Liked: Easy to find. Super clean. Rooms were spacious.
Disliked: First they couldn't find the reservation. So they upgraded our room bc of a potential problem on the floor we were going to be in. Very considerate

Liked: I like that it’s was clean And the girl who checked us I was super sweet .
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable ( def could tell they were old it was springy feeling ) The buffet was not the best compared to the other Hiltons my husband and I have stayed there at.
