We celebrated my husband's birthday and the staff was very accommodating to us. I think they did an excellent job at making him happy with the truffles and champagne brought to our room. The room was quiet and had all the things to keep us happy, like a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a comfy bed.
Liked: The location.
Disliked: There was nothing bad.

It was very convenient to 16th Street Mall, and bed was very comfy. Room exceptionally clean.
Liked: Nice employees; comfortable room.
Disliked: Terrible pool; only expensive valet parking; no food after 10 p.m. - sad selection of snack items.

Second time staying there. Nice, comfy, clean beds. Friendly staff.
Liked: Close to Colorado Convention Center; beautiful view of that and mountains.
Disliked: I asked for an additional serving of coffee for the room and they said they would bring it but didn't.

Liked: Staff was very attentive.
Disliked: Price moderate for what you get. Longer breakfast hours on Sunday would be nice in the restaurant.

All during the night people were yelling through the halls, including someone who appeared to be a manager yelling down the halls for people to quiet down. Our stay was on 4/20 and there were several people near the exit smoking weed and rolling joints and no one asked them to move or leave. Waited a half hour for our car at valet even though we called down ahead of time. Numerous people smoking right outside the valet doors and not in the "smoking oasis". No breakfast option for room service.
