Disappointing

Liked: I had no staff member when I tried to check in. The bar attendent had to find her. The hotel did not have complementary breakfast. Had to pay 16 dollars for each person. We did not do that. 2 dollar bottles of water next to the coffee pot. That was not used, either. For 1 night, with the 50 dollars, it was almost 250 dollars. THEN, because I booked through hotels.com I did not get my Hiltonhonors points.

Not worth the price

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The fire alarm went off twice early morning, the elevators didn't work so we had to take the stairs and drag all our luggage down 4 flights of stairs and walk around the half the building to get to the front

Our trio was good

Liked: Room, breakfast.
Disliked: Price, mattess.

Superb

Highly recommend!

Liked: All the food was excellent as well as the staff.
Disliked: The carpeting was a bit old, and needed to be cleaned in the hallways.

Exceptional

Disappointing room and an awful...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a bit more than a basic hotel but nothing to knock your socks off. They gave me the option of a late check out which was nice.
Disliked: I was given a handicapped room when I am able bodied and did not request it. The room was right by the lobby so noise was an issue. My bathroom floor flooded from the above room. The window shade didn’t work right and control fell right off the wall. Could not get back to sleep after noise level was high after 9 am.
