Disappointing room and an awful...
Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a bit more than a basic hotel but nothing to knock your socks off. They gave me the option of a late check out which was nice.
Disliked: I was given a handicapped room when I am able bodied and did not request it. The room was right by the lobby so noise was an issue. My bathroom floor flooded from the above room. The window shade didn’t work right and control fell right off the wall. Could not get back to sleep after noise level was high after 9 am.

One woman ruined. The breakfast...
Liked: The staff was extremely welcoming the hotel made me feel welcome. The breakfast was expensive and they waited on me and I need that. The stay was an emergency stay. All the staff was aware that my stay was very important.
Disliked: There was one employee who after I had been there for awhile decided to extra rude I had to extend my stay I left my ID in my room I only had my key and one credit card. All of the staff was wonderful. I knew after she made a big deal almost refusing access that overstayed my time and I said I will give it one chance I prepaid additional days. She called gave me an hour notice the hotel had no room for me! I was there I did not bother anyone. I spent tons of money, no noise no visitors. No money was an issues. She was rude told me to leave I had no luggage to fit what I bought, rudely without sympathy said get out and said I need to get my money from booking. I have never ever had that happen ever at any hotel. She was extra and yes she was a different race . She ruined the entire stay. I worked for Marriott and should have followed my gut and took my money and have been treated with the same breakfast for free a bigger property at The Residence Inn. There no price on piece of mind…I will and intend to report the experience. It was unprofessional!! Hilton will never have the survive the sets them apart from Marriott!!
