Liked: Breakfast was quite good. There was some interesting aspects to vouchers and pricing, but it was fine.
Disliked: The only issue at all, and it was resolved, was that when I checked in my room smelled like cigarette smoke. However, the front desk staff quickly switched me into another room, which was very good.

Disliked: The cable was not working. No robes as seen in pictures. Broken counter top . Not very clean (hair in several places in bathroom) not enough towels (mostly in bath room) had to request towels for soaking tub (clear across the room)

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Limited towels and no wash rags in the bathroom. There was two of us staying in the room, and there were two towels, one foot towel, one hand towel at the sink, and one rag that was similar to a wash rag size. There was only one soap bar which had to be utilized between my friend which wasn’t hygienic and we ended up only having one of utilize it. It felt that the bathroom essentials were limited and I was disappointed as this isn’t the first Hilton I’ve visited but this was severely missing bathroom essentials. Additionally most hotels have bottled water upon entry which wasn’t there and the room didn’t have the bathroom cups that are usually there for brushing teeth plus. It felt that we just got a room that wasn’t stocked or prepared for one person let alone two. Due to time constraints I ended up using what I could and my friend was unable to use most of the items. Please stock better for rooms that have two beds and just in general.

Liked: Location. Lady checking us in was confused with our booking.com prepaid reservation but very nice and friendly.
Disliked: Booked there for our kids to swim in the pool. It was closed for repair. Wish we knew before hand. Our kids were so very sad for 3 days 2 nights. The toilet didn't flush. That was aweful. It was not clogged bust warn out. We thought breakfast listed online was continental. It was not. It was $12.00 a person. Such a bummer. When I went to check out, the lady at the desk walked away to fuss with the coffee and never came back. I just set my room keys on the desk after a while and left. I had to go!
