We love staying at this...

Liked: The location and town.Teresa who checked us in at 10:00 pm was very friendly. So nice after a long day of travel.
Disliked: Never stayed in the back by the trains. Also there was no water in the gym. I got so thirsty during my workout and couldn’t get water unless I left the building.

Clean but wouldn’t stay here...

Liked: Loved how close it was to every shop and restaurant. The bar was also convenient.
Disliked: The train was loud throughout the entire night on Saturday. There was also a sports team staying and they were SCREAMING and running around the hotel.

Disliked: As a UCD alumni, staying at this hotel was the most upset part of our trip. When I was still studying in davis, I always thought that this hotel was in a great location and the service and environment should be one of the best in davis. But now I would say don't stay here, you can totally get a better stay for less money. We stayed at the hotel for four nights and we never have house keeping, even sometimes the front desk was not willing to provide bottled water (there was nothing in the room when we check in). Some of the front desk staff were happy to provide water and even asked us how much we needed, but one informed us that she wouldn't provide us with bottled water unless we were diamond members. I didn't understand why at all.
