The hotel was excellent. Our room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were going to a concert at the Coach House and the location of the hotel was fairly close. We received excellent customer service when we arrived as well as when we checked out. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Disliked: The first room smelled but they changed us quickly and it was much better. Neither room had the view we were expecting. We booked a room with breakfast included, through booking. We were told at check-in that wasn't the case. They accommodated us though. Breakfast was was still $20+ out of pocket and would've been $60+. Not worth $20. Sorry. That definitely needs to be looked at. Our 2nd room had a big gap under the door. We had to put a towel down so we couldn't see out and people see in. Shocking.

Liked: Location is great. We walked to Doheny and Dana Point.
Disliked: Parking at the facility is way too expensive! Felt like we got a good deal on the room and then got slammed with the parking fee. Just another money grab :(

Fun and enjoyable!

Liked: Awesome views and great location! Very clean and the staff was so nice and helpful! The food in the restaurant was very delicious. We loved the way it was decorated for the holidays!
Disliked: We needed to use the pull out bed and there wasn't fresh sheets and blankets available to us to make up the bed. When we did get them one of the pillows stunk. But housekeeping came promptly to replace it. Also we did not like the sliding door for the bathroom!! It was noisy when it moved and did not really offer the type of privacy we would have liked. The parking fee was a bummer but I guess that's how it is these days.

Liked: Clean, friendly people, the front desk girl told me about the Christmas light at the harbor, my boyfriend my daughter and I had a great time.
Disliked: The bathroom door was too loose and it was hard to locked and it feels that you don’t have enough privacy.
