Disappointing

Liked: The bar and breakfast staff were excellent! Especially ALEX! He should be in charge of customer service he's awesome!
Disliked: When i arrived, my room was wrong. After going back to the desk, she changed my room to what I originally asked for. That room was on the 3rd floor, which would have been fine if the elevator was working. I'm a veteran with medical issues. I had to use the stairs, which was very difficult for me. No one seemed to care about me being a veteran or considering a discount of something due to the poor service (other than Alex). For the price charged, i feel it definitely was not worth it. I've had a lot better stays at other hotels at lower costs. At my checkout, the person at the desk (young man) actually made me feel he didn't care about my Concerns. I thought he could have at least got his supervisor to at least speak with me.

Liked: Staff was very friendly Room were nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and bedding was nice. Bathroom had everything we need from shampoo to towels. The hotel was in a great location very close to ballpark. Will use this hotel again in the future.
Disliked: I would have like breakfast to be included in the price of the room.
