The room was wonderful with the pretty "flower" towels and tissue; the exercise room was great; staff service was wonderful. An overall enjoyable stay!

Liked: The staff was accommodating, and the room was nice. However when I use the app and put in the appropriate days, as soon as it goes to a different provider it changed the dates to the 23rd instead of the 16th and now I'm not able to get a refund. This has happened multiple times with bookings and it is not fair. And February 23rd.has not come yet.
Disliked: Your policies and your app that changed dates into the future when I've already selected dates.

Liked: Great location and price. Staff was friendly and there was free coffee. Gym was small but very very equipped.
Disliked: The AC in my unit was not working. It was too late to call the front desk and change rooms.

Standard, convenient, quiet

Liked: Great location right off a highway exit and a 2-minute walk from restaurants, a grocery story (and Apple headquarters). Pretty standard clean, well-appointed mid-upper-tier business hotel, but with portraits of circuit boards on the wall. Quiet.
Disliked: The door locks were wonky. Electronic check-in didn't work at all, and on New Year's Eve, the key cards stopped working at midnight- we had to go to the desk to get new cards, which is always fun at 1 am.
