Disappointing

Liked: Convenient location, complementary breakfast, relatively comfortable beds.
Disliked: The rooms are filthy. There was mold on the walls in both the room and bathroom. The paint is chipped and sealing was falling apart. The carpet holds an odor.

I will choose an IHG...

Liked: Nothing sticks out. It was all very ordinary.
Disliked: The location, staff never greeted us, stains on the carpets, coffee service in the rooms, couch and chair in the suite were uncomfortable.

Disliked: Had to pay extra for breakfast

Liked: Everything was good. Beautiful hotel. The reception guys were very nice with excellent customer service and very neat appearance. Just one things be sure to place a Bible in those rooms drawers and this will make this hotel completely perfect.
Disliked: I like everything and mentioned in my previous comments my observation about the Bible’s.

Would stay here again if...

Liked: Loved the location and the vibe!
Disliked: Carpet in our room had a large black stain on it, the ottoman was ripped. The bed was hard as a rock and the breakfast wasn’t free. At $200+ a night you should be given breakfast. $30 for two people to eat breakfast.

Will not be back.

Disliked: My stay wasnt pleasant at all unfortunately. The stuff was EXCELLENT!!! But our room 407 smells like mildew. Made me sick. We couldn't close our blinds to have a good night rest. Night clerk put up a blanket over the area but this morning the sun woke me up when we were trying to sleep in. We didn't not get a good night sleep unfortunately. Since the hotel was booked up we couldn't move into another room. Been a hotel manager before I wouldn't have put someone in this kinda room myself especially when they spending close to 200$
