Liked: I liked the room and the location. In general, staff was good.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. It was expensive for what you got.

Liked: The layout of the room was great. Cleanliness was great. The convenience to the Finger Lakes was nice. The shower pressure was great. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was too dark. Needed a reading light to read in bed. The toilet ran on and off on its own.

Liked: Great location for visiting the Glass Museum. Easy walk into the town for an evening meal.Swimming pool was super for use with our children.Fitness bike was a Pentathlon set up.
Disliked: Nothing to add here.

Liked: Clean. Friendly staff. Big and clean dining area. Decent breakfast on order. Convenient location.
Disliked: Bathroom was the achille’s heel. Relatively small. Floor tiles worn out. Sliding door ,that won’t properly close. Door’s rollers at one point came off the rail and the entire door was disengaged,staff had to come to fix it. You have to pay for the breakfast.

Liked: Location is awesome. Its walkable to the corning museum.
Disliked: Breakfast when ordered is a bit slow. Even though it wasn’t busy it still took a good 30 to 45 mins to get our order.I would also have liked an option to run the fan constantly in the a/c. It used to turn off when temperature reached which made the room a little uncomfortable

Nicely Locate -Wonderful Staff -...

Liked: Wonderful view, beautiful lobby, ample parking OUT BACK. Great meal at the restaurant...and wonderful drinks at the bar. Warm 9ool and fitness center were clean as was the room. Loved the mattress and towel in the wonderful shower. All the employees were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There were only a few issues we had but biggies. TV - Limited LiveTV. Even a few of the stations that stated you Tune in would show the channel "Off-Air". Pillows -way too soft. Temperature control in the room - WE FOUND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO SET. WE'D PUT IT TO "COOL" 69 DEGREES-WOULD WAKE UP AT NIGHT IT WAS 66. RAISE THE SETTING - NOTHING WHEN THE TEMP IT 72 WE'D COOL AGAIN.
