Best service!

Liked: We were in town for a competition at Corning Painted Post High school and decided to stay over and go to the museum the next day. This hotel was literally a couple minutes away from both. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us. This was the best service I have ever had during a hotel stay and we travel quite a bit. The room was clean, my 5 year loved the pool. The hotel was very clean and well kept. They have a very welcoming and pretty lobby.

Great place to stay, clean...

Liked: The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, great location right in the middle of attractions. The room was great. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were very nice and clean. Great room great price.
Disliked: Ate at the restaurant inside hotel garden inn and we ordered wings one was freezing cold, can you say salmonella. The blankets in the room were squared off like a fitted sheet and not very thick.

Liked: Location and room amenities! Loved the night light in the bathroom and toiletry shelves. I also loved the setup in the foyer/closet with the full length mirror and shelves with drawers!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: This was our 2nd stay, the price and location to Market Street.
Disliked: Noisy people til 1am

Most staff were friendly, great.

Liked: breakfast was good. Fortunately we did not pre-pay for the price fixed breakfast. What the hotel had for that was horrible. We ordered off the menu.
Disliked: Lighting in room wasn't sufficient. Also, since we had a suitcase that folds open (both halves have to lay on a surface) the surface provided for a suitcase wasn't sufficient. We had to put it next to the TV. (As the bathroom wasn't conducive for putting on makeup this also resulted in the makeup space being crowded). Maid should provide a schedule of days working/off. After staying a few days, and having excellent cleaning service by one maid, when we were leaving, and about to leave a tip, we found that maid was off duty that day.
