Fantastic

Liked: The friendliness of the staff, in particular, Wanda, made us feel welcome and special. She helped us with everything we needed, directions, restaurant recommendations, printing boarding passes and much more. Her greeting every time we entered or left and the brief chats were so uplifting and made the stay extraordinary. The setting was beautiful and relaxing and having a place to spend time with family was wonderful. Thank you for for not just giving us a place to stay, but in our time there, a place to come home to.
Disliked: I can’t think of any way to improve upon our experience.

Room had only a shower...

Liked: Very clean and roomy
Disliked: The water in the shower and sink never got hot. It was hardly like warm. There was no tub in the bathroom

Disliked: Booking.com website did not tell me there was no suites available. I did not find out until I got there and I couldn't cancel. I stayed for one night and when I attempted to cancel my other 2 nights I was told I could because of 3rd party vendor
