Most expensive & uncomfortable hotel...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Pool and hot tub closed but im still charged full price. Bed/pillows were not fresh, didnt smell great. Couldnt log into my apps on tv, nothing worked. Couch was so uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t nothing special for having to pay an extra fee (Not included in stay unless you pay more at check in. Heat wouldn’t work, 67 degrees and freezing in room.

Disliked: Not quite enough hot water for my shower but I made it work. No bath mat, but I used a towel.

Embarrassed for Hilton Garden Inn

Liked: We only stayed here overnight, thank goodness. The staff at breakfast were really nice and were very accommodating, however it did not make up for the night staff or the room that was less than clean.
Disliked: The staff were unprofessional talking about other guests and were very upset because of computers being down. The hotel was not what I expect from Hilton Garden. We actually went out of our way to stay here because I thought it would be nice. The hotel was far from clean when we checked in. The beds were not comfortable.
