Good location. You can get breakfast and dinner on the first floor; very friendly staff. I would recommend it again to anyone who has an event at the Schottenstein Center.

Liked: I like the location; liked the fact there was a shuttle to take me to the event.
Disliked: Didn't know the shuttle stopped at 10 pm.

Liked: Nothing to complain about. Staff was wonderful and helpful Facility was clean and convenient. Parking was a breeze and breakfast was hot and delicious.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff was below average. Girl wearing a mask was not friendly. Key to room didn’t work so had to go back down and get a new one. Blanket was so thin.

Stay was very nice, but...

Liked: Location great, breakfast was a little skimpy. But the lady who ran the restaurant/bar over the weekend we were there, mornings and evenings, was terrific. Great attitude even though she was pretty overworked. We went to the bar in the evenings and had some great conversations with some of the other guests.
Disliked: Breakfasts could have been a bit stouter and there was no buffet. The burger I got for dinner one evening was very good.
