Good location. You can get breakfast and dinner on the first floor; very friendly staff. I would recommend it again to anyone who has an event at the Schottenstein Center.
Liked: I like the location; liked the fact there was a shuttle to take me to the event.
Disliked: Didn't know the shuttle stopped at 10 pm.

It was a great stay and everyone was very nice. The shuttle driver was really great.

Liked: This was a disaster. There was no indication when I made reservation that there was a cut off time for checking in. Yet I received message there was. Out arrival time was after that. This was a nonrefundable reservation, yet I had to have a room...ended up getting another room. $ wasted on this hotel.
Disliked: Unclear and less than transparent information regarding checkin restrictions at point of booking

Liked: Breakfast process seemed very disjointed and only one person taking care of everyone’s orders and service. No coffee or cups. Had to ask staff at front desk for assistance.We felt sorry for our server as she was doing her best to keep up with the crowd. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Odor in hallway to the room. Returned later and it was still there.

Liked: Very good location especially for OSU events and proximity to campus. Hotel was very nice- the lobby was lovely and very aesthetically pleasing! Hotel front staff were nice and courteous. Rooms were spacious and comfortable/beds very comfortable!!
