Liked: convenient to shopping and dining
Disliked: loud, fighting,asked for pool towels never got them, room clean rest of hotel not so much, pool not heated, restaurant is closed down

Liked: Clean and aleasily accessible.
Disliked: Loud children running hallways very late into night. Annoying kids and drunk parents.

Not what we expected for...

Liked: This is a very large hotel which seems to be having issues. We addressed with the front desk there was no hand soap in the bathroom, tissue box was empty and a missing ice box. On the phone, he stated they were low on soap. How on earth does a hotel run low on soap? I went down to the front desk to retrieve tissues and an ice box and proceeded to meet a mob of upset customers who either didn’t have a room or their room wasn’t what they reserved. One lady was in the line because she got assigned to a room where there were people and their stuff in it. After being in this line for over 30 minutes, the front desk tells me housekeeping will bring the items up to our room. It didn’t happen and I brought it up again this morning. We proceed to breakfast which no where did they mention that there was a charge for breakfast which was another issue. They had no milk for the cereal they were serving, no butter, and no cream cheese. They had bread and bagels to toast but no butter or cream cheese. You could make a waffle. No idea what the charge was for breakfast since the assistant went around with a notebook asking for our name and room number to add the charges once their system came back up. Complete sh*t show. If you want a luggage rack, you also had to stand in line to wait then wait to have them hunt one down. Not what we expected for being a pricy hotel

Liked: I love the location of the property! Very close to legoland discover center. This was my son’s first time ever staying at a hotel and he had a blast!
Disliked: During my stay, my car was broken into and I only stayed one night. None of the staff let me know. I had to find out from the police officer at the counter. I had to ask if my car and I gave them the description was involved in any of the Facts and he said yes I went to go check my car. Everything was still there, thankfully, but the staff did not apologize. Did not try to make it better did not accommodate a date for the inconvenience of my car being broken into. I’m just very glad I did not keep anything in my car that night. I also made a reservation about two weeks before the day I was coming, I asked for early check-in the day before and they said I was able to do it as long as they call and let them know , I am on my way. I went to call while I was on my way and they told me that I could no longer do early check-in. Also, they gave me attitude for having free breakfast. I was denied breakfast until I asked for them to look my account up and I infected have free breakfast.

Liked: Location. Amenities . Clean. Friendly staff. Late check out.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Could not get rest on them. They need upgraded for sure.
