Moldy Hot Tub
Liked: Staff was friendly and courteous.
Disliked: The room was in need of repair with a rusty shower that had a loud, high-pitched sound while in use. There were cobwebs in the corners and peeling wallpaper in the king room. We mentioned using the indoor hot tub, and it was available for use, but it was filled with grey water, soap suds, and black mold on above the water line. It smelled musty and I couldn't see the floor of the hot tub, and the stairs were green, so we did not want to use it, even though it was running and available for use 🤢 Breakfast was too expensive for the quality. Our room was less expensive because it is their off-season, and I would not pay more for that room considering the quality. Hopefully, renovations are coming soon.

Disappointing and overpriced for the...
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: The sleep sofa was dirty and old. The mattress on it was horrible. The light on the desk was missing a light bulb, they only gave us two sets of towels for 3 guests. The room lighting was poor. The pillows were bargain basement quality. Never thought a Hilton hotel would have such bad facilities and it wasn’t inexpensive. Paid too much for what we got. Very disappointed.

Pleasant
Disliked: The hotel has seen better days. Carpet in hallways were stained and furniture in lobby was worn. The toilet in our bathroom had a broken seat. . .a break in the seat itself. 1 of 2 light bulbs in the bathroom were out. I wanted to make the front desk aware of the toilet, not b/c I wanted a different room but b/c I did not want to be charged for damage. The response I got included 'don't worry about it, the whole hotel in being renovated'. After asking about having the light bulb changed nothing was done. Overall, not what I would expect from a Hilton affiliated hotel.
