Disliked: I was told one price and they added 50 dollars on it tub was supposed to be a bigger bathtub was small the plumbing in the room was broke had to fix it to the the water to come out the shower head

Nice place, falling apart.
Disliked: The entire facility is desperately in need of an overhaul. Everything seemed broken or falling apart. The room’s door handle was nearly falling apart, the room’s whirlpool did not work after two minutes, the hot water tap to the whirlpool was broken, one of the elevators was down, the lobby bathroom had a broken toilet and two of the autosinks did not work. It was really bad.

Horrible!!!!
Disliked: When I arrived the system was down so my room was given away I called ahead because I was traveling with cats. I was never given a room key so trapped in my room unless staffed helped, I called down to ask for a fork and was told I had to come down even though staff had to walk me back up because I didn’t have a key. Sheree was incredibly rude! The next morning I called to ask for help bringing my stuff down because I had two cat carriers and again no key or way to lock the door to secure my items while I took trips down again sheree was incredibly rude was yelling that she couldn’t me down despite that I had no key and was literally trapped in my room unable to get my stuff and cats down. I couldn’t even go down for breakfast due to that and everytime I asked for help from their mess up! I was yelled at and hung up on 3 times. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me Tabitha did and apologized however again I was hung up on and managers refused to communicate. I’ve never been treated so rudely when doing nothing wrong trying to adapt to their multiple mistakes having no key and then zero apology or courtesy I will never stay at a Hilton again and I deserve a refund in full period.
