Liked: The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: I searched for hotels that had an indoor pool and a hot tub that my family could enjoy. That was the main reason I chose this hotel and paid a good bit more than others. I was very disappointed when we arrived and the pool is no longer there. Booking.com should have updated information about all the properties. The hotel offered to give me a full refund but it was too late to search for another one at that time. I will in the future be contacting the hotel directly to be sure it has what I’m wanting.

Nice hotel, but the staff...

Liked: The room was very nice and clean and comfortable beds.
Disliked: The staff seemed overwhelmed, frazzled, not as welcoming as I would have expected. Every morning we had breakfast (2 days) the chefs were very passive aggressive and irritated about doing the cooking ~ which made no sense to us at all. They seemed put out that we ordered items that came with the meal that was included in our room price.

Disliked: Only two towels when it was booked for more than two adults, connecting door neighbor was loud banging on the door, guests smoking or having the smell of smoke and marijuana in the halls traveling with kids felt it was not up to Hilton standards! No notice the pool was closed one of the reasons we booked
