Liked: The room, the cleanliness, the staff.
Disliked: I wish there were a free wifi for all guests and not just for rewards hilton members. As well I thought the breakfast was complementary for all guests for when they are paying for the night, but due to the price, I opted not to. The pool/ jacuzzi was closed.

Liked: Hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The bed was so comfortable that my husband & I are trying to find out what kind of mattress it was! Highly recommend!

Liked: The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: I searched for hotels that had an indoor pool and a hot tub that my family could enjoy. That was the main reason I chose this hotel and paid a good bit more than others. I was very disappointed when we arrived and the pool is no longer there. Booking.com should have updated information about all the properties. The hotel offered to give me a full refund but it was too late to search for another one at that time. I will in the future be contacting the hotel directly to be sure it has what I’m wanting.
