Liked: Everything was wonderful! Hilton never disappoints! The customer service was exceptional from the staff! Shout out to Gene and Harold for the breakfast and going above and beyond without me even having to ask! My wife and I really appreciated it!

A nice hotel but it...

Liked: The hotel was clean, I noticed a very nice scent in the lobby. There was a pool, work out space and a continental breakfast in the morning. There were several restaurants in the area and off the highway which was great. Close to our friends were there to visit.
Disliked: When it came to getting our room the front desk clerk mistakenly gave us the key to the wrong room (RM 109) and we walked in to a room that was already occupied. Could have been a costly/embarrassing mistake. The room we actually, did have was RM 110. Our room was nice but I noticed pealing plaster on the ceiling. In the bathroom, and some mold on the tile in the shower. Which said to me that some updating and/or a little touch up needed to be done. Seems like a small thing but, very noticeable. That cost of the room dictates that in my opinion. Good thing we did not have asthma or allergies. In addition...our coffee maker did not work properly. You had tap it 2-3 times before it actually worked. That must have been missed when the rooms were checked by housekeeping. However, that's unacceptable. The TV did not have a guide so we had no idea what channels to watch. Lastly we were ONLY given 2 coffee K cups. So on the next morning we had to go to the front desk for more coffee....Unacceptable. A nice hotel but, could have been nicer if the small things were things had not been over looked.
