Disliked: Getting charged for smoking in the room which we did not do but we did throw away a cigarette box that had a half a butt left in from smoking outside on the pool deck so they just assumed we smoked in the room that's the evidence they used to charge me a $250 extra charge even though I call and told them about the cigarette pack in the trash
