We got to see an awesome show and have a very relaxing night.

Liked: The room was very neat and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was all very courteous and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was really good, but not included with the room.

The building itself was nice...

Liked: It wasn't hard to find and it had a lot of food places nearby. The lobby was pleasantly decorated and I like getting water upon check-in.
Disliked: I requested my room to be cleaned on Saturday morning and when I returned Saturday evening it wasn't done. I called and the gentleman said he was the only one at the desk and I had to wait until someone else returned. He brought up the towels and coffee after about an hour passed by. The walls need to be re-inforced , I didn't appreciate hearing people groaning and bumping in the middle of the night.

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff! Happy with our room. It was comfortable and clean. Great location close to the Interstate and near the zoo. Nice breakfast!

Disliked: There were no clean pool towels. Tried to use pool phone to call lobby but it didn't work. Ended up having to take tiny gym towels.
