Liked: The location is very convenient to the airport.
Disliked: The woman who checked us in last night very rude and seemed racist. When asked a question she was very condescending and short. Her disposition was nasty and I didn’t appreciate how she spoke with me.

Disliked: Pay for parking is pretty ridiculous. Must have missed it when I booked, but that alone will cause me to stay somewhere else. I'm in chicago a lot

Liked: It was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: With all of the parking available on the property it was absolutely ridiculous to have gotten charged $25.00/day to park.I think this was deliberately withheld because it was never disclosed during the booking process. However, I know you don't care so I won't be using your properties again!

Liked: The location is perfect for an in and out trip or a short 2 day stay.
Disliked: Hilton Brands are always nice but for some reason the Hilton Garden Inn although its a nice hotel there always seem to be issues. Breakfast is always a no go in HIlton Garden Inn. I sent my food back a couple times with shells in my eggs. It's not that enticing and for it to cost when you get free breakfast at all other Hilton Brands.
